Once registered

Attendees will have access to:
• All sessions.
• Package with congress material
• Identification card.
• Refreshments during coffee breaks.
• Inaugural cocktail.
• Wine fest
• Industry Symposiums (limited seating)
• Simulation area

If a company, university or institution wishes to register a group, it must request the group registration and payment form.

Registration

In order to expedite the process, it is recommended that attendees register online prior to the start of the congress. Although it is possible to register at the congress venue, this option will delay admission, since payment must be processed before the credentials or passes are printed. For previously registered attendees, it is suggested to bring the confirmation letter or e-mail that proves the correct registration in order to make the process faster.
When entering the event center where the congress will be held, all participants must visibly wear their badge and conference material.
The organizers reserve the right to change the venue if necessary. If an event is cancelled, the organizers will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by attendees. Speakers and program agenda may also be subject to change.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted within 30 days of registration and payment and at least 60 days prior to the start of the Congress. Requests for cancellations must be received by e-mail and must include the unique Registration Code; all refund requests will receive a 15% discount for administrative and transactional costs.
The organization of the Congress may change, postpone or modify the venue, date or program of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, natural events or force majeure, in order to ensure the proper conduct of the Congress and its financing.
All dates are based on Chilean Standard Time (GMT -4).

Confirmations

All attendees will receive an email from the registration system indicating their personal information and unique registration code.
You can obtain two types of confirmations from the system:
1. Confirmation of registration with pending payment. This confirmation includes the information and options to issue the payment process.
2. Confirmation of registration and payment (receipt), if you paid online by credit card.
All registration fees are tax exempt.
If an invoice is required in the name of a company, university or institution, please send an e-mail to romina@econgress.cl with the complete information of the company, university or institution indicating its full name, payment method and registration code in order to be able to respond with the invoice.

Payment

Full payment must be made through a credit card online, and will be processed through Webpay Plus (secure payment in Chile with Transbank) or PayPal for payments with foreign cards in US dollars.
The registration fee must be paid in advance by bank transfer. All costs incurred in the bank transfer must be covered by the attendee (if paying by bank transfer from abroad, please make sure to select the term or condition of payment = OUR, i.e. all costs must be covered from the origin).
Payments must be processed in U.S. dollars, except for Chilean citizens or persons with a credit card issued by a Chilean bank.

Debido a la alta demanda y a la capacidad máxima del centro de convenciones, los cupos presenciales están AGOTADOS en el 28º Curso Regional PAAO y 30º COCHIOF.

Con el objetivo de ampliar la participación, se ha habilitado la modalidad virtual, permitiendo a más asistentes ser parte del programa científico SOLO EN MODALIDAD VIRTUAL.

Información General

La Organización del Curso Regional PAAO y Congreso COCHIOF 2026 se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia de los asistentes, con el objetivo de resguardar el adecuado desarrollo académico, el respeto entre participantes y el cumplimiento de los estándares éticos y profesionales que rigen esta actividad científica.

La solicitud de inscripción podrá ser revisada y eventualmente rechazada o cancelada por la Organización cuando existan antecedentes fundados que indiquen que la participación de una persona pudiera afectar el normal desarrollo del evento, el cumplimiento de normas éticas o contar con antecedentes de infracciones ética o gremiales, o afectar la convivencia profesional dentro de la actividad.

La decisión será adoptada de acuerdo con criterios institucionales y en resguardo del ambiente académico y profesional del encuentro.

Que incluye la inscripción

Una vez registrados, los asistentes tendrán acceso a:
• Todas las sesiones, cursos, simposios y talleres.
• Identification card.
• Refreshments during coffee breaks.
• Cocktail inaugural para los asistentes.
• Industry Symposiums (limited seating)
• Acceso a aplicación del Congreso.
• Poder ver todas todo el congreso on demand en diferido y hasta por 3 meses
• Paquete con material del congreso: bolso, block de notas y lapicero.
• Fiesta de Clausura (viernes en Centro Amanda, comuna de Vitacura).
• Actividades extracurriculares: mini sesiones de Yoga.
• Libro del congreso con todos los resúmenes de trabajos científicos y casos clínicos.
