INCLUDED: Private service. Departure from your hotel in Santiago. After a 120 km drive along the coast of the Pacific Ocean, we will arrive at the port city of Valparaiso, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003 thanks to its unique architecture, its variety of narrow streets, its colorful passages and its staircases leading to the top of the hills. We will visit its main attractions, such as the Plaza Sotomayor, the Monument to the Naval Heroes and the Paseo 21 de Mayo, and we will ride the elevators to immerse ourselves in the hills of the city. Afterwards, we will visit Viña del Mar, known as “The Garden City”, where you can enjoy its most emblematic places, such as its beautiful beaches, gardens and pedestrian promenades. We will stop for lunch (not included) and then relax contemplating the ocean before returning to Santiago.

KEY ATTRACTIONS

- Torres del Paine National Park: Declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, Torres del Paine is world famous for its rugged peaks, crystal clear lakes and extensive hiking trails. Among its emblematic places are the Three Towers, Grey Glacier and Lake Pehoé. Popular activities: trekking, wildlife watching (guanacos, pumas and condors) and kayaking.
- Puerto Natales & Punta Arenas. Puerto Natales is the gateway to Torres del Paine and offers charming lodging, adventure tours and views of the Patagonian fjords. Punta Arenas, the southernmost city in continental Chile, has historic buildings, the Strait of Magellan and nearby penguin colonies, such as Magdalena Island.

- Fjords and glaciers. The Patagonian fjords offer incomparable beauty, with deep inlets, imposing mountains and glaciers that fall into the sea. Boat trips allow access to places such as the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers.
- Cabo de Hornos & Tierra del Fuego. This remote and windy area marks the southernmost point of Chilean Patagonia and is known for its harsh climate, rugged beauty and rich maritime history.
